My name is Susana Capra and I am very interested in the role of Photographer/Videographer at JAFRA. When I saw the description for this position, my eyes lit up!

I have spent the past 13 years in a collaborative and creative marketing environment, working in social media, design and content creation. As a Marketing Associate and Director of Marketing in both educational and corporate settings, I have built my skill set in social strategy, content development, paid campaigns, brand awareness and engagement. I also created my own content creation company 6 years ago, where I coordinate projects and create video/photo content for a diverse group of clients, including AEG, L.A. Live, Nike Basketball, Jaxxon Jewelry, ABC and sports teams like LAFC, LA Galaxy, LA Clippers and the LA Kings.

As a photographer and videographer, I have created captivating content that includes videos, stories, graphics and pictures. In order to create this content I have had to coordinate large scale projects that include clients, artists, vendors as well as athletes or celebrities. I also have years of experience with Adobe programs such as Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro and After Effects. I work collaboratively with clients and teams to create necessary content vital to their social media presence. As a Marketing Associate and Director, I have become extremely fluent in preparing content that drives sales and tells a story.

I am very familiar with managing all day-to-day editing work as well as creating impactful content in order to tell the stories of Hoag Hospital. I understand the need for interesting visual content, both in still photo and video. In all my previous roles I have managed on site shooting, from camera work, lighting, set design and all post production work.

I am looking to take the next step in my career and begin working for a great company like JAFRA. I am confident in my ability, humble in my approach, a self-starter and resolute in my decision-making. Building great relationships and partnerships is always at the top of my list in any job. I know I can be a great asset and I would love the opportunity to be a part of the JAFRA team.
