In honor of bullying prevention month, MusEffect, a dance company, teamed up with their resident poet, Azure Antoinette to created a PSA to inspire action against cyberbullying. With the mission of their dance company being to encourage dialogue on social issues through dance, they created a PSA to create dialogue on the subject of CyberBullying.

The eXPERIENCE
Capra Photography was responsible to shoot the behind the scenes stills of this production. BTS photo requires you to be present and unseen at the same time. On set for over 12 hours in Brentwood, CA, we captured the quiet and solemn moments of the heavy topic of bullying. Muse Dance Company is filled with energy, talented members and incredible creative vision. Their talent combined with the powerful and relevant words of poet Azure Antoinette came together to create an inspiring PSA. It was an honor to be a part of this amazing production.
The PRODUCT
The final product included a gallery of candid and behind the scene images. Some images are similar to the main camera video images as we shadowed that camera. Others are wide shots where you can see the main camera shooting and the director in action. We also created a gallery of promotional shots which were set up and posed to be utilized for editorial pieces or as a cover photo. The images were broadcast to over 10 editorial sites and the video itself has over 1.2 million views on Youtube.com
